How Commissioned Art Works

Email me: to customize your own Hilary Papuchis!

For my commissioned pieces I require a non-refundable payment of 50% of the price of the commissioned piece prior to work commencing. Throughout the painting process I will email you at least one photo update of the progress of the piece for your feedback. I will then email you at the time I complete the artwork. At this time I will send you the final amount due, which will include the final 50% of the sales price, plus the cost of shipping the artwork and any applicable sales tax. Upon email notice being sent to you that the artwork is complete, you will have 45 consecutive calendar days to submit final payment or I will be able to sell the commissioned piece to another buyer without any refund. Final payment is required before I ship or deliver your artwork. Your payment of the non-refundable deposit acts as your acceptance to the terms of this agreement.

  1. Nice post. I learn something totally new and challenging on sites I stumbleupon everyday. It’s always helpful to read through articles from other writers and practice a little something from their web sites.
